How does WebRun decide a student is ready to level up?
It compares each student's latest assessment score and completed hours against the threshold set for their current level in Teachworks, and only flags students who meet or exceed it.
Does it move students to the new level automatically?
No. It only flags candidates and logs them to the tracking sheet. A teacher or academic coordinator makes the final call and updates the student's level in Teachworks themselves.
Will the same student get flagged every week?
No. WebRun checks last week's list before posting, so a student already flagged and awaiting a decision will not clutter the channel again until their status changes.
