Automated Junk Removal Weekly Revenue Report

Every Monday morning, WebRun opens Jobber and reads all completed jobs and collected payments from the previous week, calculates total revenue broken down by crew, job type, and service area, appends the weekly summary to a running Google Sheet for trend tracking, and posts a concise Slack report to your ops channel so you start Monday knowing last week's numbers before your first coffee.

In short

How do I automatically generate a weekly revenue report for my junk-removal business?

Every Monday, WebRun reads all completed jobs and payments from the previous week in Jobber, calculates total revenue broken down by crew, job type, and service area, logs the weekly figures to a running Google Sheet, and posts your team a concise Slack summary with a week-over-week comparison so you start the week knowing exactly how the business performed.

  • Owner sees last week's revenue summary in Slack before the work week begins
  • Crew and job-type breakdowns reveal where revenue is coming from each week
  • Running Google Sheet builds a year-long revenue trend with no manual entry

Questions, answered

Does the report share any data outside the business?

No. The revenue report is posted only to your internal Slack channel and logged to your own Google Sheet. No financial data leaves your accounts or goes to external parties.

Does it include jobs that were invoiced but not yet paid?

By default it reports on payments collected, not invoices issued. You can configure it to show outstanding invoices alongside collected revenue if you want to see both in one view.

Can I see a breakdown by individual crew member performance?

Yes. It breaks down revenue and job count by the crew member assigned in Jobber so you can see each team member's contribution to last week's total.
