Good to know

Questions, answered

Does it send review requests to customers automatically?

No. WebRun drafts every review-request email in Gmail and leaves it unsent for your review. You send it once you are satisfied with the message, so no request goes out without your approval.

How does it know where to send customers to leave a review?

You provide your Google Business profile review URL once during setup. WebRun embeds that link in every draft so the customer lands directly on your review page in one click.

Will it spam customers who already left a review?

It checks whether a review request was sent for that customer in the past 30 days and skips them automatically, so no customer receives duplicate requests.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
