Automatic SDS Request Fulfillment

Whenever a customer requests a safety data sheet, WebRun opens JanSanix, matches the product they ordered to its SKU and current SDS on file, drafts a reply with the sheet attached in Gmail for your team to review, and logs the fulfilled request to Slack so nothing sits unanswered.

In short

How do I automatically answer customer requests for safety data sheets?

WebRun answers safety data sheet requests as they arrive. It opens JanSanix, matches the request to the customer's product SKU, and pulls the current SDS on file. It drafts a reply in Gmail with the sheet attached and the revision date noted, then logs the fulfilled request to Slack, so customer service replies within minutes instead of digging through binders.

  • Customers get the right SDS within minutes instead of a callback tomorrow
  • Every request is logged so none goes unanswered
  • Outdated sheets are flagged before they go out

Built for janitorial supply distributors · chemical distributor customer service · EHS coordinators · inside sales reps

Questions, answered

Will it email customers without anyone checking first?

No. Every reply is saved as a Gmail draft with the SDS attached. Your team reviews it and hits send, WebRun never emails a customer on its own.

What if the SDS on file is out of date?

It notes the revision date on every sheet it finds and flags the request in Slack if no current version is on file, so an outdated sheet does not go out by mistake.

Does it work for products bought through a distributor partner too?

Yes. It matches on the SKU recorded in JanSanix regardless of which manufacturer or partner supplied it, as long as the current SDS is attached to that product record.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
