Automatic BSC Contract Account Reviews

Every month, WebRun opens JanSanix, pulls every building service contractor account with a negotiated contract, checks actual order volume and pricing against the committed terms, builds a review sheet of who has drifted off contract, and posts the sales manager a Slack summary of accounts to follow up on.

In short

How do I catch building service contractor accounts that have drifted off their contract terms?

WebRun reviews your building service contractor accounts every month. It opens JanSanix, pulls each BSC account with an active contract, and checks order volume and pricing in a Google Sheet against the committed terms. Any account that drifted off contract, plus contracts renewing within 60 days, gets posted to your sales manager in Slack, so drift gets caught before it costs margin.

  • Pricing and volume drift gets caught monthly instead of at renewal
  • Contracts renewing within 60 days never get missed
  • Sales managers get a ready made list instead of pulling reports by hand

Good to know

Questions, answered

Does it change a customer's contract pricing on its own?

No. It only flags accounts that have drifted off their committed terms. Your sales manager decides whether to enforce the contract, renegotiate, or let it go.

How does it know which accounts are BSC accounts?

It reads the account tag and contract terms already recorded in JanSanix, so it only reviews accounts your team has actually set up as building service contractor contracts.

Will it warn us before a contract expires?

Yes. Any contract renewing within 60 days is listed separately in the Slack summary so the account has time to be renewed before it lapses.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
