Build today's delivery route before the trucks roll
Every morning before the trucks leave, WebRun opens JanSanix, pulls every order staged for delivery by route and driver, builds each driver's stops as calendar events in delivery order, and posts the dispatch group a Telegram rundown of every route, stop count, and any order flagged as time sensitive.

How do I build the day's delivery routes before drivers leave the warehouse?
WebRun builds today's delivery route every morning before the trucks leave. It pulls every order staged for delivery in JanSanix, grouped by route and driver, and creates each stop as a calendar event in delivery order with the customer, address, and order size. It then posts dispatch a Telegram rundown of every route, so drivers and dispatch start the day with the same picture.
- Drivers start the day with stops already on their calendar
- Dispatch sees every route at a glance before the first truck leaves
- Time sensitive stops get called out instead of buried in the order list
Built for jan-san distributors running delivery routes · dispatch coordinators · delivery drivers · warehouse and logistics managers

Questions, answered
Does it decide the stop order on the route itself?
No, not entirely. It builds the stops in the order JanSanix already has them staged for that route rather than recalculating a new sequence.
What happens to a last minute order added after the route is built?
It runs again each morning off the live staged orders in JanSanix, so it reflects whatever is staged at run time. A same day add after that point still needs a manual note to the driver.
Will drivers see customer names and addresses on their calendar?
Yes. Each stop event includes the customer, address, and order size, so a driver can see their full route without opening a separate app.
