Automated LP KYC Document Collection Chaser

Every Monday, WebRun opens Juniper Square, checks each LP's compliance document status, identifies who is missing required KYC or AML items such as government ID, entity documents, or W-9 forms, drafts a personalized email listing exactly what is still needed, saves each email as a Gmail draft for the GP to review, and sends the GP team a Telegram message summarising how many LPs have outstanding document requirements.

Questions, answered

Will it email investors about missing documents automatically?

No. Every collection email is saved as a Gmail draft for the GP to review before sending. Investors receive nothing until you approve and send each email manually.

How does it know which documents are required for each LP?

It reads the compliance document checklist from each LP's Juniper Square investor profile, which tracks which items have been collected and which are still outstanding.

What if an LP has submitted documents but Juniper Square has not been updated?

Keep the Juniper Square record updated as documents are received. WebRun reads the live checklist status each run, so marking an item complete in Juniper Square removes that LP from the next week's chase list.

Put this on autopilot.
