Automated HawkSoft Missing Application Info Chasing

Every morning, WebRun opens HawkSoft, reviews in-progress applications and submission tasks, finds the ones missing required fields or documents, drafts a client note requesting exactly what is missing in Gmail, leaves it unsent, and posts your team a Slack list of applications stuck on incomplete info.

In short

How do I chase missing application information automatically?

Every morning, WebRun reviews in-progress applications in HawkSoft and finds the ones missing required fields or documents, listing the exact gaps per applicant. It drafts a client note requesting precisely what is missing in Gmail, leaves it unsent, and posts your team a Slack list, so incomplete applications get unblocked before they stall a bind.

  • Incomplete applications surface every morning, not at submission
  • Each client note lists the exact missing items
  • Applications get completed faster, with sending kept human

Questions, answered

Will it email applicants on its own?

No. The internal Slack list posts automatically, but each client note is saved as a Gmail draft and left unsent for a producer to review and send. WebRun lists what is missing and writes the note, but no applicant email goes out without a human.

How does it know what is missing?

It reads each in-progress application's ACORD form and required fields in HawkSoft and lists the specific gaps, like a missing VIN, prior carrier, or unsigned form, per applicant.

Does the client note say exactly what to send?

Yes. Each draft lists the precise missing items in plain language, so the applicant can reply with exactly what the application needs instead of guessing.
