Automated Jenesis Lapsed Policy Win-Back

Every Monday, WebRun opens Jenesis, finds policies that recently lapsed or cancelled, drafts a warm win-back email to each former client in Gmail, leaves them unsent for review, and posts your team a Slack list of lapsed accounts worth re-engaging this week.

In short

How do I win back lapsed insurance policies automatically?

Every Monday, WebRun reviews your Jenesis book for policies that recently lapsed or cancelled, capturing the former client, prior line, and lapse reason. It drafts a warm win-back email per account in Gmail, leaves every message unsent for a producer to review, and posts your team a Slack list, so lapsed clients get re-engaged instead of forgotten.

  • Lapsed accounts get a win-back draft every week
  • Producers re-engage in minutes, not from a blank page
  • Former clients are reached before they settle elsewhere

Built for independent insurance agencies · retention teams · producers · agency growth leads

Step by step

What does WebRun do on every run?

The exact actions WebRun takes, in order - in plain language, so you can adjust anything.

  1. WebRun signs in and gets to work

Opens www.jenesissoftware.com in a real browser with your saved login - no setup, no API keys.

  2. 1
    Jenesis - find lapsed policies
    jenesissoftware.com
WebRun in Jenesis: find lapsed policies
WebRun opens Jenesis to find recently lapsed or cancelled policies.
    • Open Jenesis and pull policies marked lapsed, cancelled, or non-renewed recently
    • Capture the former client, the line of business, the carrier, and the lapse reason where noted
    • Skip anyone already re-engaged or flagged do-not-contact

Done when Every recently lapsed policy has been captured with its client and lapse reason.

  3. 2
    Gmail - draft win-back notes
    gmail.com
WebRun in Gmail: draft win-back notes
WebRun drafts a win-back note per former client and leaves it unsent.
    • Draft a warm, no-pressure win-back note for each former client referencing their prior line
    • Invite them to get a fresh quote and make it easy to reply
    • Save each as a draft and leave it unsent for a producer to review and send

Done when Each lapsed account has a win-back draft saved and unsent in Gmail.

  4. 3
Slack - report who to re-engage
    slack.com
WebRun in Slack: report who to re-engage
WebRun posts the lapsed accounts with win-back drafts waiting.
    • Post a short list of lapsed accounts that now have a win-back draft waiting
    • Note the prior line, carrier, and lapse reason so the producer can tailor the send
    • Leave sending to the team. Never email a former client on its own

Done when Your team has this week's win-back draft list in Slack.

Questions, answered

Will it email former clients on its own?

No. Every win-back note is saved as a Gmail draft and left unsent. A producer reviews and sends each one. WebRun finds the lapsed accounts and writes the drafts, but nothing reaches a former client without a human.

How does it find lapsed policies?

It reads policy status in Jenesis and selects the ones recently marked lapsed, cancelled, or non-renewed, capturing the prior line and lapse reason so each draft can be tailored.

Will it contact people who asked not to be?

No. WebRun skips anyone flagged do-not-contact or already re-engaged in Jenesis, so the list only includes former clients who are fair to reach back out to.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
