What if the client already signed after the DocuSign envelope was created?
WebRun checks the DocuSign envelope status before drafting the chaser. If the envelope is already marked as completed, that client is skipped and no draft is created for them.
Does it work if agreements are sent through Spectora's built-in e-sign rather than DocuSign?
