Automated Inflatable Office Cleaning Checklists

Every night, WebRun opens Inflatable Office, lists every inflatable that was out on a booking today, checks when each unit is booked next, blocks a cleaning and inspection window on Google Calendar before that next use, and posts the checklist to Slack so your crew knows exactly what to clean and check tomorrow.

In short

How do I make sure every bounce house gets cleaned and inspected before its next booking?

Every night, WebRun opens Inflatable Office, lists every inflatable used that day, and checks when each one is booked next. It blocks a cleaning and inspection window on Google Calendar before that next use and posts a Slack checklist naming each unit, its next booking, and any known issue, so nothing goes out dirty or unchecked.

  • Every used unit gets a cleaning and inspection block before its next booking
  • Units booked again soon are flagged as top priority automatically
  • Known issues follow the unit so nothing gets missed at the warehouse

Questions, answered

Does it decide a unit is safe to use again?

No. WebRun schedules the cleaning and inspection time and flags known issues, but a person on your crew still does the actual inspection and makes the final call on whether a unit is safe to send out.

What if a unit is not booked again soon?

It still gets a cleaning block based on your standard turnaround, but units with a next booking coming up soon are flagged as top priority so nothing gets missed before it goes out again.

Will this reach customers in any way?

No. This workflow is entirely internal. It only creates calendar blocks and a Slack checklist for your own crew, and never contacts a customer.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
