Questions, answered
Will it contact providers or families to schedule appointments without my approval?
No. WebRun only drafts the appointment request messages for the care team to review and send. No outreach to providers, families, or guardians is sent automatically.
Which health recall types does it track?
It tracks all health recall types recorded in Therap's health records module, including annual physicals, dental exams, vision screenings, lab panels, and specialist follow-ups. The recall type is captured and shown in each tracker row.
What if an appointment was already scheduled by staff and updated in Therap?
It reads the current recall status from Therap on each Monday run. If the recall date was updated or the appointment was documented in Therap before the run, that individual will not appear in the tracker.
