Automated Etsy Refund Exception Flags
Every morning, WebRun reviews your Etsy open cases and refund requests, identifies unusual patterns such as buyers with multiple claims or high-value refunds on your best-selling items, checks Marmalead to see if the item's keyword is under competitive pressure, logs each flagged case in Google Sheets, and sends you a Telegram alert so you can respond before Etsy's resolution window closes.

Every morning, WebRun checks Etsy for open refund cases and flags unusual patterns such as repeat claimants or high-value requests. It checks Marmalead for keyword pressure on affected listings, logs every exception in Google Sheets sorted by response deadline, and sends a Telegram alert so you can respond before Etsy's resolution window closes.

Questions, answered
Will it approve or reject any refund requests automatically?
No. WebRun only identifies and logs exception cases for your review. All decisions on refunds and case resolutions are made by you inside Etsy.
How does it define an unusual refund request?
By default it flags buyers with more than one open case in 90 days, or any claim above 200 percent of your average order value. You can adjust both thresholds during setup.
What if the deadline for a case passes before I see the alert?
WebRun runs every morning so you receive the alert well before most Etsy response windows close. For very recent cases, the deadline appears at the top of the Telegram alert and the Google Sheets log.
