Automated Etsy Negative Review Triage
Every morning, WebRun scans your Etsy shop reviews for new 1- or 2-star ratings, logs each one in Google Sheets with the reviewer name, item, and comment, checks Marmalead to see if the keyword ranking for that listing may be at risk, drafts a calm response in Gmail, and sends you a Telegram ping so you can act before the review ages.

Questions, answered
Will it post a response to Etsy without my approval?
No. WebRun drafts the response in Gmail for you to review. You copy and post it to Etsy yourself, so every public reply goes out with your sign-off.
What if the negative review is clearly spam or against Etsy policy?
Flag that in the Google Sheets log yourself and WebRun will skip it on future runs. For Etsy policy violations, you still report them directly through Etsy's review dispute process.
Can I track which negative reviews have been responded to?
Yes. Update the Status column in the Google Sheets log to Responded when you post your reply, giving you a running record of open and closed cases.
Put this on autopilot.
Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
