Questions, answered
Will it send balance reminders to customers without staff review?
No. Every balance reminder is saved as a Gmail draft and flagged in Slack. A staff member reviews and sends each one, so no financial message goes to a customer automatically.
What if a customer already paid after the run started?
The draft is based on the balance in STORIS at the time of the run. Staff should check the live balance in STORIS before sending any draft to avoid reminding a customer who has already paid.
Can it handle both deposit reminders and final balance reminders?
Yes. WebRun reads whatever balance is outstanding in STORIS, whether that is an initial deposit or a final balance, and drafts a reminder appropriate to the amount and timing.
