Automated Cerbo Functional Medicine Lab Digest

Every morning, WebRun opens Cerbo, finds every lab result that arrived since the last run across functional panels like Genova, Vibrant, and DUTCH plus standard bloodwork, logs the patient, panel, and flag status to a running Google Sheet, and emails your care team a plain language summary before the first appointment starts.

In short

How do I get a daily summary of new lab results across my functional medicine practice?

WebRun scans Cerbo every morning for lab results that arrived since the last run, across functional panels like Genova, Vibrant, and DUTCH plus standard bloodwork. It logs each result to a running Google Sheet and emails your care team a plain language summary before the day's visits start, so no result sits unread in a busy inbox.

  • No lab result from overnight sits unread by the time the first patient arrives
  • Providers open one summary email instead of checking Cerbo's inbox result by result
  • A complete, searchable lab history builds in Google Sheets with zero manual entry

Built for functional medicine practices · integrative medicine clinics · naturopathic doctors · practice managers

Questions, answered

Does this replace a provider reviewing the actual result?

No. WebRun only summarizes and logs what already arrived in Cerbo. Every result still needs a clinician to open the chart and make the clinical call. It just makes sure nothing sits unread.

Will patients see this summary?

No. The summary and tracker stay internal to your care team's Gmail and Google Sheets. Nothing is sent to or visible by patients.

What if a result already has a note from a provider?

It's still included so the team has one complete daily list, but the tracker shows the flag status as it stands in Cerbo each morning, including any provider annotation.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
