Automated Magaya Agent Network Status Digest
Every Monday, WebRun opens Magaya, finds all active shipments assigned to overseas agent partners, groups them by agent, and posts a structured status digest to Slack while logging the full detail to a Google Sheet so your team has a live view of in-progress work across the entire agent network.
How do I get a weekly status report of shipments across my overseas agent network?
WebRun opens Magaya every Monday, pulls all active shipments assigned to overseas agent partners, and groups them by agent. It logs the full detail in a Google Sheet and posts a structured digest to Slack so your operations team can see what is in progress at each partner location and flag any shipments that have gone stale.
- Operations managers see a weekly cross-agent status without logging into Magaya
- Stale shipments flagged before they become customer escalations
- Google Sheet provides a persistent audit trail of agent network activity
Built for freight forwarders · international freight operations managers · logistics network coordinators · NVOCC operators

Questions, answered
Does it contact the overseas agents directly?
No. The digest is an internal report for your team only. If you want to follow up with an agent, your team initiates that contact using the information surfaced in the digest.
How does it know which shipments belong to which agent?
It reads the agent assignment field on each Magaya shipment record. As long as your team assigns the correct agent when creating the shipment, WebRun groups them accurately.
Can I add more detail to the Google Sheet, such as profit per file?
Yes. The Google Sheet columns can be extended at setup to include any additional fields available on the Magaya shipment record, including estimated profit per file.
