Does it make any changes in Xero?
No - it only reads your Xero reports. Nothing in your ledger is touched.
What if my Xero data is not fully reconciled yet?
It reads whatever is in Xero at run time. If you reconcile later in the week, the logged figures will reflect the state at Monday morning - a useful audit trail as-is.
Can I change the variance threshold?
Yes. Tell WebRun the percentage or dollar amount that should trigger a highlight and it will adjust the report.
