Automated Local Facebook Recommendation Replies

Every hour, WebRun reads your service area and groups from a Google Sheet, watches your local Facebook groups for recommendation requests like 'who do you recommend', drafts a warm comment that introduces your business, logs each draft to the sheet, and sends it to Telegram for your approval before anything posts.

In short

How do I get my business recommended in local Facebook groups?

Every hour, WebRun reads your service area from a Google Sheet and watches your local Facebook groups for recommendation requests, then drafts a friendly comment that introduces your business. Each draft is logged in the sheet and sent to Telegram for approval, so you win word-of-mouth referrals without ever auto-posting.

  • Get recommended while the request is still fresh
  • Only in-area requests reach your queue
  • Nothing posts to Facebook without your approval

Built for local businesses · home services · restaurants and salons · contractors

Questions, answered

Will it comment without my approval?

No. Every comment is drafted into your Google Sheet and sent to Telegram marked pending. WebRun posts only the ones you approve, so nothing goes live on Facebook until you say so.

How does it know the request is local?

You set your service area and the groups to watch in your Google Sheet. WebRun only drafts a comment when the request names your area and your kind of business, so out-of-area posts are skipped.

Will the comment sound like an advert?

No. WebRun drafts a warm, helpful introduction in your voice, not a sales pitch. Give it a tone or an example and it will match how you speak.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
