Automated Facebook Group Lead Comments

Every hour, WebRun reads your keywords and rules from a Google Sheet, scans the Facebook groups you choose for buying-intent phrases like 'can anyone recommend' or 'looking for', drafts a helpful comment that introduces your business, logs each draft to the sheet, and sends it to Slack for your approval before anything posts.

In short

How do I find and reply to buying-intent posts in Facebook groups?

Every hour, WebRun reads your keywords from a Google Sheet, scans your chosen Facebook groups for buying-intent posts like 'can anyone recommend', and drafts a helpful comment introducing your business. Each draft is logged in the sheet and sent to Slack for approval, so you reply to real prospects fast without ever auto-posting.

  • Reply to real prospects within the hour, not days later
  • Only genuine buying-intent posts reach your queue
  • Nothing posts to Facebook without your approval

Questions, answered

Will it comment without my approval?

No. Every comment is drafted into your Google Sheet and sent to Slack marked pending. WebRun posts only the ones you approve, so nothing goes live on Facebook until you say so.

How does it decide which posts to reply to?

You set the groups, keywords, and rules in your Google Sheet. WebRun only drafts a comment for posts that clearly match your buying-intent phrases, so off-topic chatter is skipped.

Will this get my account flagged as spam?

It should not, because nothing auto-posts. WebRun drafts on-topic, genuinely helpful comments for your review and you approve each one, so you never blast the same canned reply.

Put this on autopilot.
