In short

How do I automatically track and chase missing estate documents?

WebRun checks EstateExec every Monday for required estate documents not yet received, drafts a collection request email in Gmail for each outstanding item addressed to the responsible party, and logs the full status to a Google Sheet. All draft emails wait for the executor's review before any message is sent.

  • Every outstanding document is logged and tracked from week one
  • Draft collection emails are ready in one click rather than written from scratch
  • Items outstanding more than 14 days are automatically flagged as overdue

Built for estate executors · probate attorneys · estate administrators · trust officers

Good to know

Questions, answered

Will it send document request emails to third parties automatically?

No. Every email is placed in your Gmail drafts folder for you to review before sending. No message goes to any bank, attorney, or family member without your explicit approval.

How does it know which documents are required?

EstateExec generates a customized task and document list for each estate based on the state of residence and the nature of the estate. WebRun reads that list and checks for items not yet marked complete.

What if a document is already in progress?

WebRun reads the current completion status in EstateExec on each run. Documents already received and attached are skipped so the chaser list stays focused on genuine gaps.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
