Catch completed procedures that never got a facility charge
Every morning, WebRun opens EndoManager, lists completed procedures from the past several days, checks each against charges posted in QuickBooks, flags cases with no facility fee on record, drafts a worklist of the missing charges, and posts a Slack summary so billing can post them before timely-filing windows close.

How do I automatically catch endoscopy procedures with no facility charge?
WebRun sweeps for missed charges every morning. It lists completed procedures in EndoManager, checks each against charges posted in QuickBooks, flags any case with no facility fee, and posts a Slack summary of the unbilled cases and revenue at risk. Draft charge entries are staged for billing to review and post, so no revenue slips through unbilled.
- Completed procedures that never got a charge are caught within days
- Revenue at risk is quantified in Slack every morning
- Timely-filing deadlines are protected by working the oldest cases first
Built for endoscopy centers · GI billing teams · ambulatory surgery centers · revenue cycle managers

How is each run configured?
Secure by default
Connect once, stays signed in
WebRun signs in once and keeps each session in a persistent environment, so every run picks up right where it left off.
Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it post charges or submit claims on its own?
No. WebRun stages draft charge entries and builds the worklist, but billing reviews and posts every charge. Nothing is billed or submitted to a payer without a person approving it.
How does it know a procedure was never charged?
It matches each completed procedure in EndoManager to charges posted in QuickBooks for the same service date. Any case with no matching facility charge is flagged as unbilled and added to the worklist.
Why order the list by age?
Because facility fees have timely-filing deadlines. Listing the oldest unbilled cases first means the ones closest to their filing limit are worked before the window closes and the revenue is lost.
