Does it change the schedule or move cases?
No. WebRun only measures how rooms and blocks were used and reports it. Reassigning blocks, adjusting templates, or filling open time stays with your scheduler after they read the summary.
How is room utilization calculated?
It divides the time rooms were actually in use by the staffed or blocked time available, per room. Turnover is the gap between one case ending and the next starting, and first-case on-time is measured against the scheduled start.
Can it show trends over time, not just yesterday?
Yes. Because each day appends to the same Google Sheet, utilization and turnover build into a running history, so you can see whether a block is consistently underused before deciding to release it.
