In short

How can I automatically send my electrical crew their daily schedule each morning?

WebRun opens Service Fusion every morning, reads all of today's dispatched electrical jobs, and posts a structured Slack digest organized by technician showing each job's address, type, and start time. Dispatchers and crew leads get a complete, accurate schedule before the first van leaves, reducing missed jobs and late starts.

  • Every technician starts the day knowing their full schedule before leaving the shop
  • High-priority and flagged jobs are surfaced first so dispatchers can intervene early
  • Manual morning schedule calls and texts are eliminated

Built for electrical dispatchers · electrical contractors · field service managers · electrical crew supervisors

Questions, answered

Can it include job-specific details like panel size or wiring type?

Yes. WebRun reads all job notes and custom fields in Service Fusion, so any detail your dispatchers enter about the scope of work, required materials, or access instructions can appear in the digest.

What if jobs are added or changed after the morning digest runs?

You can run a midday refresh by triggering WebRun again at a second schedule, or run it manually. The digest always reflects the live state of the Service Fusion dispatch board at the moment it runs.

Is this digest only for the dispatcher, or can individual technicians see it?

You control who is in the Slack channel. Many teams post the full digest to a dispatcher channel and set up individual messages or channels per technician as a follow-on step.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
