Automated eDiscovery Quote Follow-Up Drafts
Every morning, WebRun reads open ediscovery service quotes from a Google Sheet, identifies those past the follow-up window, checks whether the prospect's matter is already in Relativity, drafts a personalized follow-up email for each, and saves the drafts in Gmail for a business development rep to review and send.
How do I automatically follow up on outstanding ediscovery service quotes?
Every morning, WebRun reads open ediscovery service quotes from Google Sheets, checks whether a Relativity matter already exists for each prospect, and drafts a personalized follow-up email in Gmail for every quote past the three-day response window. Business development reps review and send each draft, so no quote goes cold without a professional nudge.
- Every aged quote gets a personalized follow-up draft within hours of passing the response window
- Drafts reference existing Relativity matters for a warmer, more informed outreach
- No prospect email is sent without a human reviewing the content first

Questions, answered
Will it send follow-up emails to prospects automatically?
No. Every follow-up is saved as a Gmail draft. The business development rep must review each draft for tone and accuracy, then send it manually. Nothing goes to a prospect without human approval.
How do I mark a quote as responded to so it stops getting follow-up drafts?
Update the status column in the Google Sheets quote tracker to Responded or Won or Lost. WebRun only drafts follow-ups for quotes still in Open status with no recorded response.
Can it follow up with law firms and corporate legal departments differently?
Yes. Add a prospect-type column to your Google Sheets tracker and configure different follow-up templates for each type in the settings.
