How do I get automatic low-stock alerts for dental lab materials?

Every morning, WebRun opens Evident, reads inventory levels for every lab material, and compares them against your reorder thresholds. It posts a prioritized low-stock list to your Slack purchasing channel and logs the snapshot in Google Sheets, so your team can reorder before any alloy, resin, or consumable delays a case.

  • Low-stock alerts arrive before cases are held, not after
  • Purchasing team gets a ranked list every morning without manual checking
  • Repeat shortages are flagged so par levels can be adjusted

Good to know

Questions, answered

Will it place purchase orders automatically?

No. WebRun only flags what is low and posts the list to Slack. Placing orders with your suppliers is left to your purchasing team, so no order goes out without a human decision.

How does it know the reorder threshold for each material?

It reads the thresholds you have already configured in Evident's Inventory Tracking module. Update the threshold there and WebRun picks it up on the next run.

What if the same item appears day after day?

WebRun flags repeat low-stock items in the Google Sheets log and highlights them in the Slack message, so you can see which materials need a higher par level or a new supplier.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
