Questions, answered
Does it post the digest automatically without any staff action?
Yes. The daily attendance digest is a read-only internal report posted directly to your coaching Slack channel each morning. No member data is published externally and no action is taken on anyone's account.
What counts as a drop-in?
It reads the drop-in designation directly from Wodify's attendance records, so the count reflects however your box categorizes non-member visitors in the system.
Can I see a week-to-date or monthly trend?
Yes. The digest includes a week-to-date attendance comparison by default. For longer trend reports, the same workflow can be extended to pull Wodify's monthly attendance data on the first of each month.
