Automated Courier Route Confirmation Emails

Each morning, WebRun opens Circuit for Teams, identifies scheduled recurring routes for the day, drafts a short confirmation email to each business account with the expected window, saves each draft in Gmail for review, and posts a Slack summary of confirmations pending approval.

In short

How do I automatically send route confirmation emails to my recurring delivery accounts?

WebRun opens Circuit for Teams each morning, finds all recurring routes scheduled for the day, and drafts a confirmation email to each business account with the expected arrival window. Drafts are held in Gmail for your team to review, and a Slack summary flags any routes with changed windows or drivers.

  • Every recurring account receives a confirmation before the driver departs
  • Changed windows or drivers are flagged for priority review
  • No confirmation reaches a customer without a human approval

Built for courier account managers · dispatch teams · last-mile logistics coordinators · recurring delivery operators

Questions, answered

Will confirmation emails be sent to accounts automatically?

No. Every confirmation is saved as a Gmail draft for your team to review. Nothing is sent until a team member approves and dispatches the email.

Does it flag if a recurring route has a changed window or driver?

Yes. WebRun highlights any routes where the window or assigned driver differs from the previous run, so reviewers know which confirmations to prioritise.

What if a recurring route is cancelled in Circuit for Teams?

If the route does not appear in today's Circuit schedule, no confirmation draft is created for that account. The Slack summary will show a lower count so dispatchers notice the absence.
