In short

How do I automatically fill uncovered driver shifts in my courier fleet?

WebRun monitors Tookan every few minutes for uncovered driver shifts, identifies available drivers from your roster, and drafts a shift coverage request for each candidate in Gmail. A Slack alert notifies your dispatcher with the shift details so they can review, approve, and send coverage outreach fast.

  • Uncovered shifts are detected and coverage outreach is drafted within minutes
  • Dispatchers are alerted immediately with available driver options
  • No coverage request goes to a driver without dispatcher review

Built for courier dispatch managers · fleet operators · last-mile logistics coordinators · delivery company owners

Questions, answered

Will it message drivers automatically when a shift is uncovered?

No. Every coverage request is saved as a Gmail draft for your dispatcher to review and approve before anything is sent to a driver.

How does it know which drivers are available?

WebRun reads driver availability and assignment data from Tookan to build the shortlist. Drivers already assigned during the affected window are excluded automatically.

What if no drivers are available in Tookan?

If no available drivers are found, WebRun posts a Slack alert flagging the uncovered shift as unresolved so dispatchers can act manually, for example by calling contractors.

Put this on autopilot.
