In short

How do I make sure every vein procedure has a complete before and after photo record?

WebRun reviews every procedure completed that day in 1st Providers Choice, checks each chart for before and after photos and a physician sign-off note, and logs a completion report to Google Sheets each night. Any chart missing a photo or still awaiting sign-off is highlighted, so nothing falls through the cracks before month-end chart review.

  • Every completed procedure gets a same-day photo and sign-off check
  • Missing before and after photos are flagged the same night, not at month-end
  • Clinical directors see a running completion log without opening every chart

Built for vein clinic practice managers · clinical directors · phlebologists · vascular surgery practices

Questions, answered

Does it touch or edit the patient's chart photos?

No. WebRun only reads whether a before and after photo and a sign-off note are already attached in 1st Providers Choice. It never uploads, deletes, or edits chart images itself.

What happens when a chart is missing a photo?

That row is highlighted in the Google Sheet completion log so your clinical team can follow up and add the missing photo or sign-off the next business day.

Can this replace the physician's chart sign-off?

No. It only flags which charts still need a sign-off. The physician still has to review and sign off on each chart themselves inside 1st Providers Choice.

Put this on autopilot.
