Automated CONTPAQi Customer Statement Reports
On the first of each month, WebRun opens CONTPAQi, compiles each client's open CFDI invoices, payments, and running balance into a statement of account, drafts the statement email in Outlook for your review, and logs which statements are ready to send in a shared sheet.
How do I send clients an accurate statement of account each month?
On the first of each month, WebRun opens CONTPAQi and compiles every active client's open CFDI invoices, payments, and running balance into a statement of account. It drafts each statement in Outlook for your review and logs which ones are ready in a shared sheet, so nothing goes to a client without your approval first.
- Every active client gets an accurate statement drafted on the first of the month
- Balances always match the live CFDI invoices and payments in CONTPAQi
- No statement reaches a client without your review and approval

Questions, answered
Will it email statements to clients on its own?
No. Every statement of account is left as a draft in Outlook. WebRun never sends a client a statement without you reviewing and approving it first.
How is each client's balance calculated?
From the live CFDI invoices and payments recorded in CONTPAQi for that client, so the balance on the statement matches what's actually in your books.
What if a client had no activity this month?
It's skipped. A client with a zero balance and no invoices or payments this month gets no statement drafted.
