Automated LoanPro Maturity Rollover Reminders

Every Monday, WebRun opens LoanPro, finds all loans maturing within 60 days, segments them by payoff-only and renewal-eligible based on payment history, logs the full list to a Google Sheets tracker, and drafts an SMS outreach message for each renewal-eligible borrower for team approval before sending.

In short

How do I automatically track loans approaching maturity and prepare renewal outreach in LoanPro?

Every Monday, WebRun finds all LoanPro loans maturing within 60 days, segments them into renewal-eligible and payoff-only groups based on payment history, logs the full list to a Google Sheets tracker with priority highlighting, and drafts personalized SMS renewal invitations in Twilio for loan officer approval before any outreach reaches a borrower.

  • No loan matures without a renewal conversation because outreach is prepared 60 days in advance
  • Loan officers review renewal-eligible borrowers sorted by maturity date every Monday morning
  • Payoff-only accounts are tracked separately so servicing teams prepare the right closing documents

Built for consumer lenders · loan officers · credit unions · loan servicing retention teams

Questions, answered

Will it text borrowers about renewal without a loan officer approving the message?

No. Every SMS is drafted in Twilio and held until a loan officer explicitly approves and sends it. No borrower receives an outreach message automatically.

How does it decide which borrowers are renewal-eligible?

It reads the payment history and current delinquency status from LoanPro and applies your eligibility criteria: accounts that are current with a strong on-time payment record qualify; delinquent accounts are placed in the payoff-only segment.

What if a loan has already been renewed or extended in LoanPro this cycle?

It reads the live maturity date from LoanPro each run, so any loan already extended with a new maturity date is excluded from that week's list automatically.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
