Automated LoanPro Delinquency Bucket Worklist

Every morning, WebRun opens LoanPro, groups delinquent loans by delinquency bucket, tallies balances and account counts per bucket, writes the results to a Google Sheet, and sends your collections team a Telegram summary so they start the day on the highest-risk accounts.

In short

How can I automatically build a delinquency bucket worklist from LoanPro each morning?

WebRun opens LoanPro every morning, groups every delinquent loan into severity buckets by days past due, writes a color-coded worklist to Google Sheets with account counts and balances per bucket, and posts a summary to your collections team's Telegram channel so the highest-risk accounts are worked first.

  • Collections staff open their day with a ranked, bucketed worklist instead of pulling manual reports
  • Accounts that rolled to a worse bucket are flagged automatically for immediate action
  • Total delinquency exposure by bucket is visible every morning before the team starts calling

Built for consumer lending collections teams · loan servicers · credit unions · delinquency managers

Questions, answered

Does it contact borrowers directly?

No. It only builds and delivers the internal worklist for your collections staff. All borrower outreach is handled by your team using the worklist as their guide.

How do I know which accounts moved to a worse bucket since yesterday?

It compares today's delinquency data against yesterday's snapshot and flags any account that rolled into a higher-risk bucket, so collectors can prioritize those accounts first.

Can it assign accounts to specific collectors?

Yes. If LoanPro has a collector assigned to each account, it reads that field and groups the worklist by collector, so each team member sees only their own accounts.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
