Automated Fieldwire Punch List Tracking

Every morning, WebRun opens Fieldwire, reviews open punch-list tasks across your projects, flags the ones overdue or unassigned, logs each to a Google Sheet with its age and owner, and posts your team a Slack list of what needs closing first.

In short

How can I track overdue punch-list items automatically?

Every morning, WebRun reviews your open Fieldwire punch-list tasks across projects, flags any that are overdue or unassigned, and logs each with its age and owner to a Google Sheet. It then posts your team a ranked Slack list of what to close first, so stale punch items get attention before they hold up handover.

  • Overdue punch items get flagged the morning they slip, not at handover
  • Every aging task has a named owner before standup
  • Close-out stays on track across all projects from one list

Built for general contractors · project managers · site superintendents · specialty contractors

Questions, answered

Will it close or reassign tasks itself?

No. WebRun only reads your Fieldwire tasks and reports which are aging. Closing or reassigning a punch item stays a human decision, made in Fieldwire by your team.

How does it decide an item is aging?

It compares each open task's due date to today. Anything past due, or open with no assignee, is flagged and ranked by how many days it has been sitting.

Can it cover several projects at once?

Yes. It reviews open punch items across every Fieldwire project you connect and rolls them into one ranked Slack list each morning.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
