Does it change anything in Raken?

No. WebRun only reads the daily reports your crews already filed in Raken. It never edits, approves, or deletes a report. It just summarizes and logs them.

What if a crew hasn't filed their report yet?

It notes which projects are missing a report in the digest, so you can see at a glance who still needs to submit before the day closes.

Can it flag safety issues to the top?

Yes. Any safety observation or delay noted in a Raken report is pulled to the top of the Slack digest so nothing important gets buried.
