Automated nCino New Application Intake Routing

WebRun monitors nCino throughout the day for new commercial loan applications, reads the loan type, requested amount, and borrower details for each new submission, logs the intake in Airtable, and posts a routing alert to the lending manager in Slack so the right loan officer is assigned and the deal moves into the pipeline within hours of the application arriving.

In short

How do I automatically route new loan applications from nCino to the right officer?

WebRun monitors nCino every 15 minutes and detects new commercial loan applications as they arrive. For each new submission, it logs the intake in Airtable and posts a routing alert to the lending manager in Slack with the loan type, amount, and borrower details. The manager assigns an officer, and the deal moves into the pipeline within hours of the application landing.

  • New applications are flagged for officer assignment within 15 minutes of submission
  • No application sits in an unassigned queue overnight
  • The Airtable intake log provides a complete record of every application received and when it was routed

Questions, answered

Does it assign a loan officer to the application in nCino automatically?

No. WebRun alerts the lending manager in Slack so a human makes the assignment. The manager's reply updates the Airtable log, and the officer assignment in nCino is made by the manager directly.

Does it contact the applicant to acknowledge receipt?

No. All applicant communication is handled by the assigned loan officer once the routing is complete. WebRun handles only the internal intake and routing alert.

How quickly does it detect a new application?

WebRun checks nCino every 15 minutes during business hours, so new applications typically appear in Slack within 15 minutes of submission, keeping the average time-to-assignment well under an hour.
