Automated nCino Annual Review Due Tracker
Every Monday, WebRun opens nCino and identifies every commercial loan whose annual review is due within the next 60 days, logs the details in an Airtable tracker, and posts a prioritized alert to each relationship manager in Slack so no annual credit review slips past due and the portfolio remains properly monitored.
How do I automatically track annual loan review due dates in nCino?
WebRun opens nCino every Monday and finds every commercial loan with an annual credit review due within 60 days. It logs each one in Airtable with its due date and relationship manager, then posts a prioritized Slack alert so RMs know which reviews to start this week. Reviews due within 30 days are flagged as high priority, and any overdue reviews are escalated automatically.
- No annual loan review slips past its due date unnoticed
- Relationship managers get a prioritized weekly list without pulling the portfolio manually
- Reviews due within 30 days are escalated so the team always works in order of urgency

Questions, answered
Does it notify borrowers that their annual review is coming up?
No. WebRun alerts relationship managers internally via Slack. Any communication with borrowers about annual reviews is initiated by the RM, not the automation.
How does it know when an annual review is due?
It reads the annual review date field on each commercial loan record in nCino. If your institution tracks this in a custom field, WebRun can be configured to read that field during setup.
What counts as a completed review?
Once the relationship manager marks the Airtable row as Done, or once the annual review date in nCino is updated, the loan is removed from the active alert list on the next weekly run.
