Automated nCino Credit Memo Prep Queue

Every morning, WebRun opens nCino, identifies deals that have moved into underwriting and do not yet have a credit memo started, logs them in a prioritized Google Sheet queue with key deal metrics, and posts a daily underwriting queue to Slack so credit analysts always know which credit memos to start first.

In short

How do I automatically build a credit memo prep queue from nCino?

WebRun opens nCino every morning, finds every deal in underwriting that does not yet have a credit memo started, and logs them in a prioritized Google Sheet ordered by days waiting. It then posts the underwriting queue to Slack so credit analysts know exactly which credit memos to begin first, with deals overdue beyond five days flagged for attention.

  • No deal waits in underwriting limbo without the credit team seeing it
  • Analysts start each day with a prioritized queue and know which memo to write next
  • Deals overdue for credit memo prep are escalated automatically before they stall

Questions, answered

Does it write or generate any part of the credit memo?

No. WebRun identifies which deals need a credit memo started and builds the prep queue. The credit analyst writes the memo in nCino as normal. The automation handles the queue management, not the content.

How does it know a credit memo has not been started?

It checks nCino for deals in the underwriting stage that do not yet have a credit memo document attached or a memo status recorded, using the deal data available in nCino's deal management view.

What if a deal was just assigned to a different analyst?

It reads the current assigned underwriter from nCino each morning, so reassigned deals will show the updated analyst in the queue the next time it runs.
