How do I automatically chase missing loan documents in nCino?
WebRun opens nCino every morning, finds every active loan with outstanding document conditions, and drafts a specific borrower follow-up email in Gmail for each loan officer to approve before sending. It then posts the full chase list to Slack so the lending team sees exactly what is missing and how long it has been outstanding.
- No missing document goes unnoticed for more than 24 hours
- Loan officers start each day with a prioritized document chase list in Slack
- Borrower emails are drafted and ready to send in one click, not written from scratch

Questions, answered
Will it email borrowers automatically?
No. Every borrower follow-up is drafted in Gmail and left unsent for the loan officer to review and approve. Nothing goes to a borrower without a human sign-off.
How does it know which documents are still missing?
It reads the open document conditions on each nCino deal in real time each morning, so any document uploaded overnight is automatically removed from the chase list.
What if a deal already closed or was withdrawn?
It filters only active deals in underwriting or closing stages each run, so closed, withdrawn, and declined applications are excluded automatically.
Put this on autopilot.
Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
