In short

How do I automatically track tournament prize support payouts?

Every night, WebRun opens Nerdslice, reads the day's finished tournaments with their standings and prize-support pools, and calculates each placing player's store credit or product payout. It logs the ledger to Google Sheets marked pending and posts a payout summary to your organizer Discord to confirm, so prize payouts stay accurate and nothing is handed out twice.

  • Every placing player's payout is calculated the night of the event
  • Store credit and product value paid out is totaled per event and per day
  • No prize is handed out without an organizer confirming the ledger

Questions, answered

Does it issue the store credit or hand out prizes on its own?

No. WebRun calculates and logs each payout as pending, then posts a summary for your organizer to confirm. Handing out credit or product stays a human action at the register.

How does it know each player's payout?

It reads the final standings, the prize-support pool, and the payout structure in Nerdslice for each event, then applies that structure to each placing player, so the ledger matches your prize rules.

Will it double-count a prize already given at the register?

No. It checks whether a prize was already distributed in Nerdslice and marks those separately, so the payout summary never asks your organizer to hand out the same prize twice.
