Automated TrueAccord Broken Promise Worklist

Every morning, WebRun opens TrueAccord, finds accounts where a promise-to-pay was recorded but the payment did not arrive, ranks them by balance and promise age, logs them to Airtable, and posts the worklist to Slack so collectors can prioritize their day.

In short

How do I automatically build a daily broken-promise worklist for debt collectors?

WebRun scans TrueAccord every morning for accounts where a promise-to-pay was not honored, ranks them by balance and promise age, logs each case in Airtable, and posts a prioritized worklist to Slack so your collectors start the day on the highest-value broken promises first.

  • Collectors open Slack to a ranked broken-promise list every morning
  • Highest-value broken promises are actioned first each day
  • Resolved accounts are cleared automatically on the next run

Questions, answered

Will it reach out to debtors automatically when a promise breaks?

No. WebRun compiles the worklist for your collectors but does not contact debtors. Any follow-up messaging to consumers is handled inside TrueAccord and requires human review before sending.

How is the worklist prioritized?

Accounts are ranked by outstanding balance first, then by how many days have passed since the broken promise, so collectors focus on the highest-value accounts that have waited the longest.

What happens when a debtor eventually pays?

On the next morning run, WebRun re-reads TrueAccord and removes resolved accounts from the worklist, updating the Airtable record to show the promise was fulfilled.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
