Flag cupping scores before a lot slips below your bar

Every morning, WebRun opens Cropster, reads every cupping score logged since the last run, compares each lot against your minimum quality bar and its own recent score history, logs the trend to a Google Sheet, and emails your QC lead whenever a lot scores below bar or has trended down for two sessions running.

In short

How do I catch a coffee lot's cupping score before it drops below quality bar?

WebRun reads every new cupping score in Cropster each morning, checks it against your quality bar and the lot's last two sessions, logs the result to a Google Sheet, and emails your QC lead the moment a lot scores below bar or trends down two sessions running, so a slipping lot gets a second look before it ships.

  • QC leads see a slipping lot before it ships, not after a customer complains
  • Every cupping score is logged automatically for a full quality history
  • No email noise, only lots that actually need a second look get flagged

Questions, answered

Does this email reach my customers or the green coffee supplier?

No. The email only goes to your internal QC lead. WebRun never contacts a customer or a supplier about a cupping score on its own.

How is a downward trend defined?

A lot is flagged when its two most recent cupping scores both fall below the previous session, or when a single score drops below your set quality bar, whichever happens first.

What happens to lots that score well?

They are logged to the Google Sheet for your history but generate no email. You only hear from WebRun when a lot needs a second look.

Put this on autopilot.
