It compares each completed interrogation or remote review in Octagos against a captured charge or a signed report passed to billing, so any check marked complete with nothing attached is flagged.
Does patient information leave Octagos?
No. The Google Sheet and Microsoft Teams summary reference checks by patient initials, check type, and device, not full identifiers, so the revenue review stays free of protected health information.
