Draft outreach to patients who missed a scheduled transmission

Every morning, WebRun opens Octagos, finds patients who missed a scheduled remote transmission, drafts a short reminder text in Twilio and a matching reminder email in Gmail for each one, and leaves every message unsent in a review folder so your coordinator approves the wording before anything reaches a patient.

In short

How do I remind patients who missed a scheduled device transmission?

WebRun finds patients overdue on a scheduled remote transmission in Octagos every morning and reads their contact preference. It drafts a short reminder text in Twilio and a matching email in Gmail for each, keeping the wording general, then leaves everything unsent in a review folder so your coordinator approves each message before it reaches a patient.

  • Overdue patients get a personal reminder without staff writing each one
  • Nothing reaches a patient until a coordinator reviews and sends it
  • Patients who transmitted overnight are dropped from the list automatically

Questions, answered

Will it text or email patients without me?

No. WebRun drafts every reminder and leaves it unsent in Twilio and Gmail. Your coordinator reviews the wording and recipient, then sends each one, so no patient is contacted automatically.

Does the reminder include any device readings?

No. Each draft is a general nudge to send the next transmission, with no clinical findings, readings, or protected health information beyond the greeting, so the wording is safe to send once approved.

What if a patient already transmitted overnight?

They are dropped from the list. WebRun reads the live transmission status in Octagos each morning, so any patient who has since transmitted is skipped and no reminder is drafted for them.
