Automated Digisonics Door to Balloon Time Tracking

Every night, WebRun opens Digisonics, pulls the first medical contact, arrival, and device times for every STEMI case completed that day, computes the door to balloon interval for each, logs the running trend to Google Sheets, and posts a Slack alert for any case that missed the 90 minute goal.

In short

How do I track door to balloon time for STEMI cases automatically?

WebRun pulls the arrival, activation, and device times for every STEMI primary PCI case in Digisonics each night and computes the door to balloon interval. It logs the trend and rolling monthly average to Google Sheets and posts a Slack alert the same day for any case that missed the 90 minute goal, so delays get reviewed while details are fresh.

  • Door to balloon delays get reviewed the same day, not at quarterly audit
  • Monthly average trend is tracked automatically in one sheet
  • Every missed 90 minute goal is flagged with its actual interval

Step by step

What does WebRun do on every run?

The exact actions WebRun takes, in order - in plain language, so you can adjust anything.

Opens www.digisonics.com in a real browser with your saved login - no setup, no API keys.

  2. 1
Digisonics - pull arrival and device times
    digisonics.com
WebRun in Digisonics: pull arrival and device times
WebRun opens Digisonics to pull arrival and device times.
    • Open Digisonics and list STEMI primary PCI cases completed today
    • Capture the arrival time, cath lab activation time, and device time, first balloon or stent, for each
    • Compute the door to balloon interval in minutes

Done when Every STEMI case today has a computed door to balloon interval.

  3. 2
Google Sheets - log the door to balloon trend
    google.com
WebRun in Google Sheets: log the door to balloon trend
WebRun opens Google Sheets to log the door to balloon trend.

Questions, answered

Does it change or correct the recorded times?

No. WebRun only reads the arrival and device times already documented in Digisonics and computes the interval. Any correction to a recorded time stays a manual edit in Digisonics.

What counts as the goal it checks against?

The standard 90 minute door to balloon benchmark for STEMI primary PCI. You can change the threshold if your program tracks a tighter internal goal.

Does the Slack alert name the patient?

No. It references the case by ID and interval only. Patient identifying details stay inside Digisonics.
