Automated Digisonics Device Stock Alerts
Every night, WebRun opens Digisonics, reads the devices logged against that day's cases, stents, balloons, closure devices, and guide catheters, deducts the count from your Google Sheets stock ledger, and posts a Slack alert for any SKU that has dropped below its reorder threshold.
How do I track cath lab device stock and catch low inventory early?
WebRun reads the stents, balloons, closure devices, and guide catheters logged against each case in Digisonics every night, deducts the count from your Google Sheets stock ledger, and posts a Slack alert listing any SKU that has dropped below its reorder threshold, so supply staff reorder before a device runs out mid case.
- Low stock gets flagged the night it crosses threshold, not mid procedure
- Supply staff open Slack to a ranked reorder list every morning
- Stock ledger stays current without a manual nightly count
Built for cath lab supply chain staff · materials management · cath lab managers · cardiovascular service line directors

Secure by default
Connect once, stays signed in
WebRun signs in once and keeps each session in a persistent environment, so every run picks up right where it left off.
Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it place the reorder itself?
No. WebRun only flags which SKU has dropped below threshold. Placing the purchase order stays with your supply chain or materials management staff.
How does it know the reorder threshold for each device?
It reads the threshold you set per SKU in the Google Sheets ledger, so you control what counts as low for each stent size or catheter type.
What if a device is used but not logged as a case detail in Digisonics?
It can only tally what is logged against the case. Any device used but not documented in Digisonics will not appear in that night's count.
