Automated Supplier Emissions Data Risk Worklist

Every Monday, WebRun opens Persefoni, scans all active supplier data requests, scores each non-responding supplier by risk level based on their data category materiality and days remaining, and posts a ranked worklist to Slack with the highest-risk suppliers at the top. The list is also written to Google Sheets for team assignment and follow-up tracking.

In short

How do I identify which suppliers are at risk of missing the emissions data deadline?

WebRun scans Persefoni every Monday for suppliers who have not submitted Scope 3 activity data and are within 14 days of the deadline. Each non-responding supplier is scored by risk, and a ranked worklist is posted to Slack and written to Google Sheets with assignment columns, so your team can triage and chase the highest-risk gaps first.

  • Your team always knows the highest-risk data gaps before the collection deadline
  • Material Scope 3 categories are never unintentionally left with missing data at reporting time
  • Recurring non-responding suppliers are visible across weeks in the Google Sheets history

Questions, answered

Will it contact the at-risk suppliers automatically?

No. WebRun only identifies and ranks the at-risk suppliers. Outreach to suppliers is always done by your team after reviewing the worklist.

How is the risk score calculated?

Risk is based on two factors: the materiality of the supplier's data category to your overall Scope 3 footprint, and the number of days remaining before the data submission deadline.

What if a supplier submits their data after the worklist is posted?

The next Monday run reads live status from Persefoni, so any supplier who has submitted is automatically removed from the next worklist.

Put this on autopilot.
