Automated Climate Submission Status Digest
Every morning, WebRun opens Persefoni and checks the completion and submission status of all active climate framework questionnaires, then posts a status digest to your sustainability Slack channel and sends an SMS via Twilio to the lead sustainability officer if any submission is overdue or stuck.
How do I monitor the status of all my climate disclosure submissions daily?
WebRun checks the status of every active climate framework submission in Persefoni each morning and posts a clear digest to your sustainability Slack channel showing what is submitted, in progress, or overdue. If any submission is critically close to its deadline, it also sends an SMS via Twilio to the lead sustainability officer so nothing slips through unnoticed.
- Your team sees the exact submission status for every framework every morning without logging in
- Overdue submissions trigger an SMS within hours so the right person can act immediately
- On-track submissions are confirmed daily so silence is never ambiguous

Questions, answered
Will it submit any disclosure on my behalf?
No. WebRun is read-only for submissions. It reports the current status from Persefoni and sends alerts. All submissions are completed by your team directly in Persefoni or on the CDP platform.
When does it send an SMS escalation?
Twilio SMS alerts are sent only when a submission is overdue or has a deadline within 3 days and is not yet complete. On-track days generate a Slack digest only.
Which frameworks does it monitor?
It monitors all active framework submissions configured in your Persefoni workspace, including CDP, CSRD, TCFD, SEC climate, and any custom frameworks your team has added.
