Automated Markt POS Primal Reorder Alerts
Every morning, WebRun opens Markt POS, checks stock levels on each primal cut against your reorder points, drafts a purchase order in QuickBooks for the cuts running low, and texts the manager a short list so nothing runs out before the next delivery.
How do I get alerted before a primal cut runs out of stock?
WebRun checks your primal cut stock every morning. It reads current counts in Markt POS against each cut's reorder point, drafts a purchase order in QuickBooks for anything running low, and texts the manager the list and total. Nothing is sent to a vendor until a person reviews and approves the draft themselves.
- Low primal cuts get flagged before the case runs empty
- A draft purchase order is ready before the manager even asks
- Nothing ships to a vendor without a human approving it first
Built for butcher shops · meat markets · specialty grocers · meat processors

Questions, answered
Will it order stock from the vendor without approval?
No. WebRun only drafts the purchase order in QuickBooks. A person has to open it, confirm quantities, and send it before the vendor sees anything.
How does it set the reorder point for each cut?
It uses the reorder point you've set for each primal cut in Markt POS. Update that number any time and the next run uses it.
What if a cut is low but a delivery is already scheduled?
Tell WebRun your delivery schedule and it skips cuts with a delivery due before the reorder would arrive.
