No. WebRun only reads and flags credit notes your staff already entered in Bsale. It never creates, approves, or reverses a refund itself.
What counts as unusually large?
You set the amount threshold during setup. Any credit note or refund above it gets flagged for your manager's review.
What happens if a credit note has no linked invoice?
It gets flagged as missing a link and listed near the top of the Slack summary, since those are the ones most worth checking.
